*This puppy is companion Registered with the AKC, and embodies the basic standards of the breed. http://www.akc.org/breeds/non-sporting_group.cfm
* This puppy is current on being dewormed and all vaccinations, which he/she is eligible for at the time of purchase.
* This puppy has been microchipped with AKC Re-Unite http://www.akcreunite.org
*There are no guarantees offered for this puppies training, size, markings, temperament. Non-Life threatening aliments such as hernias, monorchidism, patella/hips.
*Seller guarantees the puppy to be free of communicable viruses for 72 hrs after the buyer receives the puppy.
*Seller guarantees the puppy to be free of any life threatening congenital defect for the first year. IF buyer has had complete physical examination by their attending verterinarian.

* Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by their attending veterinarian for a complete physical exam within 72hrs after pick-up, and provide seller with proof.
* Buyer acknowledges no veterinary bill accumulated by the buyer will be paid by the seller.
*If there is a claim for the death of the puppy, a licensed veterinarian must perform a formal necropsy, along with cause of death, and any further documentation including microchip Identification to my attending veterinarian.
If the claim is valid and has occurred before the puppy Date Of Birth, the puppy will be replaced with same gender, one of equal value, as puppies are available.
* Buyer being responsible for all transportation costs.

* Buyer is strongly encouraged to maintain the health of your puppy with vaccinations; DHLPP/Lepto, Kennel Cough, and Rabies, deworming, including heart-worm, flea and tick preventatives. (such as sentinel spectrum, nexguard).
A good diet, clean, safe, healthy environment. You should also have your new family member spayed/neutered before 1yr of age for continued good health.
*This guarantee is non-transferable to a third party.
*No documentation from your attending veterinarian on a clean bill of health 3 days after you take possession of the puppy, will void this guarantee.
